Author Guidelines

Everything you need to prepare and submit your manuscript through our six-step submission wizard.

Before You Submit

  • Ensure your work is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • All listed authors must have contributed meaningfully and approved the submission.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest and funding sources.
  • Obtain ethics/consent approvals where your study requires them.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Format: DOC/DOCX or PDF, single column, 12-pt font, double-spaced, with numbered pages and lines where possible.
  • Length: Research/review articles up to 8,000 words; short papers up to 3,000 words (excluding references).
  • Structure: Title, Abstract (max 300 words), 4–6 Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
  • Anonymised version: For double-blind review, upload a version with all author-identifying information removed.
  • References: a consistent numbered or author–date citation style, complete with DOIs where available.

The Submission Process

  1. Manuscript details — type, title, abstract, keywords, subject area.
  2. Authors & affiliations — co-authors, corresponding author, ORCID iDs.
  3. File upload — manuscript, anonymised version, figures, supplementary files, copyright form, cover letter.
  4. Declarations — originality, conflicts of interest, funding, ethics.
  5. Reviewer preferences — suggest or exclude reviewers.
  6. Review & submit — verify everything and receive your manuscript ID.

After submission you can track your manuscript in real time: Submitted → Under Review → Revision → Decision → In Production → Published.

After Acceptance

Accepted manuscripts move to production, where they are assigned to an issue, paginated, given DOI-ready metadata, and published open access with citation tools (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, Vancouver, IEEE, BibTeX, RIS).
